I carb depleted for a week prior to this 4 week bulk and got down to 183 lbs and today I stepped off the scales at 197 lbs at about 3 1/2 weeks into this run. Just a few more days left to go.

One of my JW favorites is The Quiet Man with Maureen O'Hara. Guess it's cause I saw it when I was real young. Damn I had a crush on her when I was a kid. That movie was black and white. I had no idea that she had red hair. First time I saw her in color I was hooked on redheads.

Thanks Darth it was a good run, but the YK 11 seems pretty suppressive so I'm playing it safe with only 4 weeks. It works well though I see a big difference and added inches on legs, a lot of people in the gym asking a lot of questions to lol.

Yeah I'm feeling the mass when I hit cardio, but I'm digging the size. Going to do conditioning and cardio for a month and then start a contest prep cycle.
