Tendonitis tennis elbow

ad

Been injured for two months now! Anyone try a cycle too help speed up recovery of a tendon? I started one with a back injury and in like three weeks I was straight! But that was my muscles.

Lateral epicondylitis? Left elbow was bothering me. Even though I know I shouldn't because of the potential of weakening the tendon, I had my doc just inject 1 hairy ass cortisone shot right on the joint. The pain subsided and I continued to train. That was a year ago. Pain never came back. But, generally, cortisone is not recommended for strength athletes because it can weaken tendons and set them up for a full tear. But, that is my story with that.

Yea I injured it moving 100 lb modified roofing material for work haven't worked out since has been a recurring injury but this time it's just not healing or just healing real slow!! I'm definitely gonna look Into that bpc 157 ppreciate it!!

No problem. It healed my rotator cuff up nicely so I'm hoping you'll have good results also!

GH or peptides would probably be your best bet here. BPC 157 is excellent for tendons with many studies backing it up. Deca eq primo and var supposedly have collagen boosting properties but there's still controversy on that topic, so I would go with the peptides personally. And obviously stop doing whatever exercise caused the injury in the first place or find out where your form went wrong to cause it
