Anyone have any experience with Nando base? I stay on Decca and do blast of npp here and there but I've been really interested in the base lately. How did it compare to the latters? How much/often did you run it?
I have done like 5 bottles so far but not from this src YET lol. But it is pretty much strictly a pwo used in conjunction with a cycle with either npp or deca in it. But it is a awesome base compound you get full really quick with nice pumps. I ran a ml a hour pwo and ran it almost the length of my deca test cycle which was 16 weeks and just here and there since. But if you click on my pics the one titled "me" is how I looked after running that cycle, needless to say I loved the results.

Almost a month now, still in pretty good shape. Keeping the diet decently clean too, lot better than last time. MK-677 is the bomb. Considering doing a local show in April.
Stay off until january then. Be fresh and grow into the show. I think youll be better off with a long off season tho

FTS and hump how many mgs you taking of the yk. I'm only on 4 daily and seeing and feeling gains. You guys leaning out like I am?
I stopped mine so I could start back up and bulk for awhile. I was doing 5mg 2 x ed 10 to 12 hrs apart. I believe FTS is doing 4 mg 3 x ed. One site I read suggested 2 to 5 mg b.i.d or q.i.d. ed. I used it a week and 1/2 and was filling out puting on good lean gains and pumps that would last almost the whole day.

I dont notice the pumps as much anymore, body adjusting most likely. Id say 6 weeks is probably good.

6 to 8 weeks on most Sarms. YK 11 is suppressive so if you're not on cycle or trt I'd keep it to 4 weeks and use a strong cycle support.
Cyp 250 a week, not worried about suppression

How sure are you of that man? The labs yk11 I'm using states it has a very long half life of 24 hrs. Centurion labs. I've been taking both caps at night due to the long half life

Im taking mine 3x a day. I cant find where i read it, but said had like an 6-8hr half life
Damn would be interested to know the half life there's def mixed opinions and with it being so new not a ton of research or information on it. Back of the bottle I have says half life is 24 to 36 hrs
