Quads tonight. Anyone else do there leg presses one leg? I do them this way sns switch my positioning on my foot to 3 different angles on each foot and shoot for a total of 3 sets per angle per foot. Usually hit about 12 reps per angle. I usually do 3 to 4 total sets of leg presses. Usually get about 200 reps total 100 each leg. Sometimes I'll also end it with some dual leg but doing presses this way really widened my outer quads.

What do you do? All dual leg presses? You go heavy or use a good working weight with high rep range ? For.me, everything on legs HAS to be HIGH HIGH HIGH VOLUME or I can't get any growth

On dual leg presses I ALWAYS go to failure no matter the weight. Never count. Never.

Yeah pretty much. Especially on leg extensions. I don't count numbers of reps on those just practice strict from and really squeeze at the top and pump as much blood in there as possible.

Back day. Going to do a lot of isolation movements. Does anyone else do bent over rows with strict form and really squeeze at the top? For me, when I lowered the weight and focused on strict form and really squeezing at the top on my rows I noticed HUGE results.

That's the only way I feel my back working. Slinging weight does nothing for my back. Squeezing at the top makes all the difference for me

Might need to start doing hams on a seperate day. Leg day takes to much out of me and feel I don't hit my hams as hard

Yeah I do legs every third day. Alternating quads and hams but hit calves with both.

Right now I'm on 5 days on 2 off.

Thinking of adding another day.
Hams, calves and forearms. Just need to figure when to do them. Here's my schedule now

Day 1- chest, abs
Day 2- back
Day 3- shoulders
Day 4- arms, abs
Day 5- legs

I dead lift every back day so don't want to do hams to close to back day. Thinking of putting them between shoulders and arms.

I go like this :

Day 1 - back , biceps
Day 2 - chest , triceps
Day 3 - quads ,abs,calves
Day 4 - delts,traps
Day 5 - arms
Day 6 - hams , abs,calves

20-25 set per muscle group , 12-25 reps

20-25 sets? That's insane lol but I'm guessing that's with lighter weight without maxing out?

No maxing out for me , i do 4 excersice per muscle,5 sets x 12 reps and use my 20rep max

When i can do all 5x12 with same weight i add reps , when can do 5x20-25 i increase 5 kg and start all over

I like high reps

Man just placed my frost order with FTS today. I've been around a long time now and i swear for anyone looking for a personal in touch with reality type of source to go try, give this guy a go. He has been more than helpful and had never met me or heard from.me before and went as far as to making sure my pack got out this weekend, because I ran out of my tren and eq and was going to get behind on dosing.
