The “memorandum of understanding” (MOU) is a gentleman's agreement in which the participants have reached an agreement in principle on a matter of interest. In this case, WADA and GASC agree that doping in sports is a problem. In addition, GASC has agreed that it will cooperate with WADA and Interpol. Really don´t get why US is focusing that much on this matter instead of doing something about the increasing obesity among its people and other serious issues.....The more a Government makes pressure the more attention it will get, I bet the number of AAS consumers are in US are constantly increasing year by year....as an Example: Iran is one of the toughest country to be addicted to drugs the people over there risk death penalty but anyway Iran is the country with most drug abusers in the world compared to the population number. The point is that in my opinion such steps like this only increases the huge attention it already has

I skimmed the article what I think is they'll go after China's ugls where the govt. Doesn't get a cut. The govt licensed manufacturers will still be able to produce raws and ship to a country where its legal for conversion and distribution. China doesn't care about anything but money so they will find a way to comply technically but not really. But this is just my opinion
