First cycle for endurance and rock climbing

Hi,

I know this has been discussed before but I can't find any threads that answer my question. I am looking at doing a first cycle for endurance sport and rock climbing. My goal is to help recovery and to get stronger without any weight gains.

I know that most of you will say it is a waste of money but I want to start light to minimize side effects, pumps and weight gains.

I only have 3 months including PCT (between trips abroad so I don't want to take any products with me).

My plan is to take 100mg test e per week and 20 mg anavar per day for 8 weeks.

As for PCT, will I need clomid with such low dosis or will nova be enough?

Any comments?

Thanks for the advice guys. I suspected that 8 weeks might not be enough for a test e cycle. I might just end up going very mild this first time and only do 10mg of var per day to help recovery.

I won't be climbing at altitude or anything risky. Mostly gym climbing

I was under the impression you did this competitively, at which point this made some sense. Just var at 10mg a day doesn't make much sense to me. Maybe someone in the sport understands, but this is just weird.

What elevation are u climbing to? And, when are u going? Higher levels of elevation and shortness of breath mixed with AAS between 8500-15,000 feet is not a good time to realize u shouldnt have made the decision to use AAS.

I would becareful using AAS and combining it with rock climbing. The only one i would use would be provi and that would depend on BW.

Not saying u cant cycle, or use AAS to recover, but u need to have a better plan, since ur combining AAS and a semi-dangerous sport, like rock climbing.

steroids probably wont help much for rock climbing or endurance, none of the juiced looking guys do worth a shit on ninja warrior.

100mg of test per week will put most men into the upper normal range and will put some above normal.

100mg of testosterone will give you about 70mg of test, average men put out 3-8 mg of test a day ( naturally)

thats a big test increase, plenty enough for strength, stamina, agression and endurance.

thats long esthered test minus conversion and esther.

low dose for endurance athletes is key, dont want high estro/ dht conversion or rapid hpta shut down.

that was just an example, but as its an 8 week short followed by pct plus he doesnt want to gain weight or muscle mass, low dose test (prop) imo, would provide the benefits he is seeking, he would see a slight strength increase day by the end of the 2nd week, estrogen conversion would be low and would only need an ai on hand, short esther, low dose, short cycle- easy recovery with nolva and clomid for 4 weeks.

X2...good plan for short term goal...agree on very low dose TP...maybe only use provi or another AAS with high androgenic property..but OP needs time to cycle and then practice his climbing, either while on AAS, or after his body has stabilized to guage risk versus benefits....

drop the anavar- rock climbing with var - cramps.

12 weeks with pct- pct = 4 weeks, so you have 8 weeks of steroid use.

not long enoungh for test e to be honest.

test prop by itself would be the direction i would be looking into, we dont recommend it for first cycles though due to the amount of pinning and the quick rise in estro.

if you did test prop alone, for your purpose, i would be low dose, like 50mgs e2d, the other problem with that is prop can pack a sting, you wouldnt want pain in rotation sites especially rock climbing, yet at 50mgs a shot, probably wouldnt be an issue, i would avoid delts and go glutes and ventros, maybe quads.

my opinion, let others chime in/ help.
