ok im on tren 1cc every other day with some test for some reason I like that combo for 52... I just benched 325 and squat 285(bad knee) I love his stuff I am a fan as long as he stays around ....I need to reorder this week

Question for you guys about leg workouts. My legs are getting stronger but are not gaining any size. Should I decrease weight and increase rep range?

Superset leg press, then leg extensions 3 sets 15 reps.
Then hit hack squat and lunges.
Keep the blood rush and pump going and waddle out of the gym.

I am so trying. I went until I could barely stand up. And the pumps were so intense, my legs hurt like crazy. I then get home and the wife wants me to push mow the grass. Needless to say, it's going to be an early night. Why do they always ask for things to be done when you are exhausted? Fml

Leg workout only took 48 min roughly. Feel nauseous as hell but I can definitely feel the pump. Is it normal for my lower back to feel as if it is cramping up. I didn't feel this pain when taking longer resting periods. Just wondering if it is due to not really giving it a rest.

Yep you did it right brother, you should feel like that for a few more leg workouts and then you'll be over the hump. Back pumps are normal, get some taurine 6 mg ed will help, I know a cheap source for taurine if you need it PM me.

Idk how u did it that fast unless u didnt do any warm up sets. Or counted those as work sets. Ill normally do 3-4 warm up sets progressively adding weight before i do my "working sets". So 7-8 per exercise.
