Thanks bro....Yeah genetics defiantly are on my side. Diet isn't the cleanest i pretty much eat what i want and i maintain this shape. I'm running a bulking cyc with no cutting agents and i still have abs. Can't remember the last time i hit them honestly. Shoulders get huge really quick so i have to hold back because they end up making my chest look small.

Curious as to what you are running although 95% is hard work and diet.
Currently Test, Deca, and Dbol. Test is at 900 but was at 600 majority of the time. Receptors are clean as i didn't touch anything for 6 full months. Deca started at 300 but is now at 600. Dbol was ran at 75mg a day for 7 weeks to jump start the cycle. I believe in using as little as possible. If your body responds to lower dosages then keep it there. Raising it higher doesn't always equate to more gains.
Classic bulk. I'm no where close to you but I also believe in not running insane amounts.
