Carbs are at around 100 now or a little lower. Except on a good carb up day where I'll eat a ton of shit. The other day was my last load up before me show. So now I'll sit back down at 100 for the next 15 days and then load before the stage.

My last load was fun had some birthday cake and pizza and then I loaded up on some peanut butter and few other sugary treats just to quench that thirst fill my reserves which are overfilled now bloated a little. Ugh hate that feeling errr but that will dissipate.

Leg training recently has been high volume work. 100 reps 4 different exercises with minimal breaks in between sets just long enough to catch breath then continue to 100. Then I'll do a day of 20 reps for 4-5 exercises 4-5 sets and then I've done some leg press work doing 50,40,30,20,10,10,20,30,40,50. With that increasing the weight as in decrease the reps each set then vice versa as I reverse the set. Then I'll toss a day in of heavy 10-12s. So that's been what my prep has looked like. Hitting legs almost twice a week. Monday and Friday for most part.
