+ 1 Bulking cycle that I'm about to begin open to suggestions.
Been lurking and asking questions here since my last cycle ended.This is my 5th cycle and I'm hoping to get my weight up to 220 on this cycle, currently 205 lbs and want to really bulk up this run . I've ran test e, eq, and dbol before never ran deca, npp, or test p. diet and workout in check 6 to 7 clean meals a day sat cheat day which I try to keep clean also, 1gallon of water a day even more easy to do I work construction and live in FL.The only concern I have with this bulker would be my calorie intake IA,prolactin but i have some bulk bombs from MP that should be landing some time this week have aromasin prami on hand, special thanks to Carlosdanger,rustyhooker,iFit, bodybuilderpro00.all vets please feel free to critique im a noob on AAs but humble and here to learn so feel free to advise as needed. Thanks to all in advance.

Longdave555On the same gear I'm able to hold 220lbs daily when my calories are above 5000 if that helps.
How did this cycle go?

I would think about extending the prop taper 1 more week along with waiting another week for pct. That being said Carlos is way over my head.
angusYou're working construction in FL so you're very active all day and then work out on top of that. That means you'll need more calories than the average person to make big gains. Those bulk bombs work very well but at the end of the day can you put enough groceries in your face to sustain that kind of activity? I'm gonna recommend weight gainer to supplement your caloric intAke. You'll be synthesizing protein and calories at such a rapid rate it will be imperative I think. I'm not even gonna touch your compounds cause if Carlos and rusty hooked you up then you're golden. You're in good hands with them.
Was thinking the same thing i workout after work and work it self is a workout, thanks for the advise, yes carlos and rusty and a few other vets on here have helped me alot.
