+ 1This was my first order with PSL, it was my first online order period. i was a bit on edge about it all but a good friend of my assured me that all would be good. So i opted for the Special they had at the time. during the order process everything went smooth, there was no need for communication. The website was a breeze to navigate. Once my order was placed and the donation was collected i sat and waited. I received conformation very quick that they received what i sent, and upon return i got a tracking number. The whole process may have been 10-14 days, from order to receiving the package. I was extremely impressed with everything. I started off my all Test cycle with a front load 2.5cc shot of Test E. First shot in the glute, and of course major pip, i know it was mainly the virgin muscle and front load that caused it. My schedule was, 1 shot of 1cc Test E every 4th day. i would alternate glutes, delts, and quads. Every shot of the Test E was accompanied with some moderate pain, minor swelling and moderate soreness. I ran into a slight issue with my last vial of the Test E. I will avoid all of the details. But with everything that happened i was in need of talking to someone from the company and tried to email them but didnt get any reply. So my friend who turned my on to PSL set me up with the guy he was dealing with from the company, he and i discussed my issue. Without me even asking he had offered to correct the situation immediately. I could not be more pleased with the way everything was handled. I have found a good, quality, friendly source to use. I am just about to place my second order with them. They seem to be in the business of customer service and product quality.

+ 1I received my order of 3 boxes of Genotropin 36iu within about 15 days (Fourth of July weekend slowed down shipping by 1-2 days I'm sure). I decided to try out PSL because they were having a weekend sale on Genotropin so I jumped on it. I've reconstituted HGH many times (Humatrope and Genotropin) and am very familiar with the standard procedure and what it should look like once reconstituted (crystal clear liquid). Reconstituting the first vial, I noticed that it took much longer than normal for the powder to dissolve. After it was all dissolved, the solution was VERY cloudy and I could even see stuff swirling around inside. I've read about this but had never experienced it firsthand. I did some research to refresh my memory and sure enough, everywhere I saw that people agree that cloudy HGH is bad. Time and time again, I read that "Genotropin MUST NOT BE INJECTED if the solution is cloudy or contains particulate matter," and I do believe this Genotropin was 100% legit, but it had at some point gotten too hot or too cold. Being an idiot I went ahead and used it for the past couple of days even though I have a large stash of Genotropin pens in my fridge that I brought from Mexico last month. I guess I was in denial about getting screwed out of $612. I emailed PSL in the meantime just to see what they would say (I had a bad feeling about the response since it was my first time dealing with them). I asked them what their opinion was about cloudy Genotropin and told them that I had been using Genotropin for some time and that it was always clear when reconstituted. Their pure BS response is what motivated me to write this review!
The PSL representative responded by saying "Geno genuine bact water is supposed to be cloudy after mixing. It's perfectly normal my Friend"
This is obviously not accurate at all. It seems that PSL just wants to convince me that cloudy Genotropin is normal in order to not refund my money or reship. I didn't even expect a reship though I probably should have. I just emailed them to see what they'd say. I'm very disappointed with such unethical service and unless PSL makes it right with me, which it seems that they won't, I would definitely not recommend them. Very lousy customer service in my opinion. If it wasn't for this, I would've been a long term customer.

I believe PSL to be a somewhat legit business. Unfortunately when I had a legitimate complaint and asked them about it they totally dropped the ball and tried to comfort me with some obvious BS so that I would still be a happy customer. Unfortunately the product I received was poor quality for whatever reason (cloudy) so I would definitely NOT recommend them!

I chose to shop on their website because they have Paypal option. However, I had one tiny issue with payment. My order amount is meant to be not less than $150 excluding shipping cost. So my order is $165.90 including shipment and excluding shipment already exceeded $150. After sending the money, next day I recieved an email claiming J only sent $158 which was weird because I have a reciet/invoice from both sourse and Paypal with amount $165.90. Anyways I sent the rest of the money $7 and recieved a payment confirmation next day and order status changed to "money picked up." 4 days going through payment and now 3 days past no update. I will update if I got my order shipped with tracking number.. and then update when I use the products.

Suppliers delivery was international, and thus takes a bit longer than a domestic delivery because of customs, and longer delivery routes of course. But, being international, I had absolutely zero complaints with the delivery.
It's been 5-6 months since I made that order, but if I remember correctly it was barely two weeks of time from receipt of payment, to product on doorstep.

Probably seems silly going UGL for TRT, but doctors around here aren't all that good with hormone replacment, particularly for men. I'm just someone that needed a reliable source for TNE (I use 10mg per day subcutaneously), and so far it seems to be working as intended. I'll get labs in about five more weeks and post a follow-up, though I will say that a daily 10mg of Cypionate (pharm) had me at a total test of 474. With 10mg of TNE, I should be getting a healthier number next time, but anecdotally, I do feel better than on ester'ed (though I am getting more testosterone milligram for milligram).Sorry I can't offer more feedback on their full range of products, but I can at least vouch for effectiveness of the TNE and the shopping/shipping experience. I did order their Ovigil hCG as a comparison test to the hCG I bought elsewhere, but I have yet to try it. I wish I didn't have as many health problems as I do so I could try a real cycle. I would certainly make such purchase from PSL and will in the future for refills.

+ 1I have done two cycle so far with EP gear from PSL. Bloodwork came back great and I was able to put on a good amount of size with both cycles. It may not be the cheapest gear out there but it is always super high quality and guaranteed to actually arrive on your doorstop within a week of paying.
