+ 2 Starting Week 3!!

Week 2 down of test e/ npp (diff source) cycle with prop to kickstart and Masteron prop(diff source) to finish er off, with some Letro for AI

Can you post up your meal plan for the day

Meal 1- 2 egg whites/ protein pancakes , 1/2 cup of dry oats , 2 table spoons of p28 peanut butter on p28 bread (28g protein)

Meal 2- 1/3 cup each of black , blue and rasberries . 28 g Daryls protein bar

Meal 3- chicken/ turkey breast/ pork chop, brown rice, 1/2 cup peas and carrots

Meal 4- muscle max whey shake, 2 table spoons p28 white chocolate peanut butter on slice of p28 bread (28g protein)

Meal 5- homemade extra lean hamburger/ burrito with hamburger and brown rice and glass of skim milk

Meal 6- Daryls homemade protein bars 28g protein, 1 table spoon of white chocolate or regular peanut butter/ 1/2 cup dry oats
Always drink aleast 500 ml of water between time I start eating to about 5 min after. Prob not the best diet but Its working so gunna stick with er for now..thanks for the interest man
