+ 9 29lb Gain transformation in only 4weeks!!!!

Took 6 months off and I lost 40lbs in the picture to the left. 4 weeks later using Nobel-Labs with a lot of Hardwork I packed on 29lbs in just 4 weeks. Goal is to be bigger than I was before & stronger than I was before. PR on Bench is 495x1 & Squat 600x1. I have some work to do. I'm grateful for my progress thus far. Thanks Nobel

Losing 40lbs isn't hard to do bro. I average losing a little more than 1.5lbs a week. That's very doable and it's actually healthy losing weight at that rate. Sounds like its more than it really is but it isn't that bad at all when you do the math. The weight lost came from me not hitting the gym....working hard long hours....getting 2-3 meals tops a day...no shakes... and maybe half a gallon of water if i was lucky.

I've gained weight from eating 5-6 meals a day, drinking 1-2 gallons a day, Supplementing shakes again, and of course running nobel-labs.....I've always been strong and pretty built so my body is just recognizing what it always was and is responding well.....Muscle Memory and Hard Work!!! I think this is what i honestly needed.

I'm more motivated then I've ever been and i'm welcoming all the gains Smile

No bro it was intentional. Needed a break from everything I was losing my motivation and drive to lift. Got into riding motorcycles really hard and the best mod is the rider mod aka "losing weight" allowing me to be quicker and more nimble. My job is very demanding at times I've worked 141.5 hrs in one week alone and I just didn't have the energy or drive to do both. My body needed a break from food, exercise, and supplements. I believe in going hard or going home. I'll either give it 100% or I won't do it at all & that's what happened.

A lot of it has to do with where you come from and how you're using the term. Honky and Cracker doesn't bring the same type of pain that the n-word does. A lot of people have died just from the color of their skin alone. Emmit Till a 14yr black male was killed and beaten to death for simply whistling to a white lady. His funeral was a closed casket because he was beaten so bad. When you get the time google his before and after images. I won't go into details with every last incident that has happen to minorities in the past because, this isn't what my post was suppose to be about but, some are offended by that word because of the pain that comes along with it.

No worries....

Currently I'm running dbol @ 75mg 3 times a day. I'm running test at 600 & Deca at 300mg a week. My long break from using has cleaned my receptors and allowed me to gain at such a low dosage. Lol I feel like a noobie again. Haha I'm growing from slightest thing & putting size on at a freaky rate.
