+ 10 Site rotation is not optional

This is not me. This is a dude I trained with for over a year that didn't think site rotation was important. I am constantly seeing guys post cycles that require ED pinning and wanna let you know it is a must. I see guys explaining that you have to rotate at least 7 sites....ATLEAST. This dude two times in a 15 month period had to be rushed to the spital surgery with fevers up around 103-104. From infections and absesses. If you are not prepared to pin tris lats delts bis and other small muscles then forget about these ED pinning cycles.
Pic one is his delt. Look at that fucking hole! You want that good luck training with that gapping hole in your delt.
Pic 2 is quad that is the PG-13 pic I won't post the really graphic one of his quad its to much.
That will really put a damper on your squat numbers.
Take this serious. Listen to the guys trying to save you from your ignorance.

Wow I've seen other pics on the net but this shook me up little n my stomach hope this guy is okay and stay away from pinn for a while not saying I'm a expert but its really scary I did ed b4. Its not easy with 6sites to rotation I was still getting beat down even from my glutes and those u can in four sections

If you want to run shorts then man up and pin them spots you have been afraid of. If you do mess up on a new site normally the worst case scenario is pip for a couple days. It isn't that complicated guys.

There's always folks posting up ED and EOD protocols and you know they don't have the experience. Sometimes I think we focus too much on age and muscle base, which are vital, but proper pinning technique should be right up there with the rest of our requirements before we give advice.

I have quads(few spots each) delts, lats, pecs and glutes ofcourse. We all know the feeling and sound of busting through scar tissue lol.....terrible crunchy sound.

Nah absolutely not. He isn't a tech guy and doesn't even have a smart phone this dude has an old flip phone. I would not play around with this. He is my dude and we trained together as I stated. These would be never seen private pics. PERIOD.

That is certainly respectable andro. I keep my multi site rotation even on long esters just to keep it flowing. It's good to devirginize muscles with less aggressive compounds. A half a cc of test E in the tri is easier to handle to get used to then a .5 of prop or winny.

That's exactly what happenes. Doing shorts with next no sites, constantly pinning the same area , tons of scar tissue and sterile abscesses. The list is long.

Nah dude is clean and sterile I know that for a fact. He is not inexperienced. He's almost 40 and been doing gear for years. It was simply a matter of trying to only pin delts and quads for so long. Not wanting to hit anything else and it bit him in the ass when he tried it with short esters. I tried to warn him but he wasn't having it.
