I have honestly never seen one crash that hard. After you heat it watch it for a couple days to see if the crystal reforms. I have my suspicion that that one is not going to stay in suspension.
Possible I have seen the same though over the year's after all its open and just 1 bottle of test prop worst scenario is he bins it was a.free sample after all.

Mate that's the least of your worries I've had gear with pubes unknown particles and random floaters.
Needless to say binned it all, as rage said just heat it a hairdryer should do the job I'm sure you will be fine bud.
