now I have enough needle
but i have not enough syringe to inject if i have to change it every time.

Once a syringe has been used it is no longer sterile, therefore no longer safe to use again. Thats not an opinion, thats a fact. I strongly encourage you to not reuse them.

I buy 18g needles that are attached to 3cc syringes and then buy 25g needles that are also attached to 3cc syringes & you'll see why... My exact order is this.. 1. alcohol wipe the vial, 2. Use 18g needle on 3cc syringe to draw, 3. Remove 18g needle and put on 25g needle. 4. Alcohol wipe injection site and inject with 25g needle, 5. I now throw out the entire 25g needle and syringe that was just used for injection and the 18g that was used to draw gets put on the clean syringe that I took the 25g needle off of. I'll reuse the 18g to draw and keep putting it on a fresh syringe for the next time a good few times before using a fresh one but I ALWAYS use a fresh injection needle.

Dude switch after each one please. I reused a lot on my first cycle and got really sick and lost almost everything positive I gained. Even boiled the plunger and injection needles. Don't do it unless you're willing to risk your health and whole cycle.

Thanks for all of your comment
I wouldn't start cycle until i got enough syringe.

I move to work in China. In here local pharmacy they don't sell syringe.
Only place to get is in hospital.

I've heard someone said just put all of gear into big syringe then inject the amount i wanted.
next time just change the needle. what do you think with this? ( just ask )

No. Just no.
When you inject, you ALWAYS have some contamination in the needle and syringe you used. If this not your first cycle, then you have surely had an instance where you saw a small amount of blood at tip of syringe.
It happens.

Your body, but it is not a good idea.

I will give my input on this situation. Say I need to inject 4cc and only have 3cc syringes. I will first fill up the syringe with 3cc with a 21g needle, remove the 21g, and put on a 25g to pin. Once the injection is done, I will grab another 21g needle, attach it to the same syringe, fill up another cc, and finally remove the 21g and replace with a fresh 25g needle.

Will I reuse a needle? No way.The needle is exposed to open air for too long of a period; whereas the tip of the syringe should only be exposed to open air for barely a second while swapping out needles.

How I swap out needles is I have the syringe in one hand and the needle in the other hand. I quickly remove the needle from the syringe, rip open the plastic from the needle, and twist it on. I do all this in a matter of 2-3 seconds maximum.

Can you say abscesses? Find a way to do gear proper or wait until you can.

Once you use it, the syringe is no longer sterile. Every injection needs a new needle and a new syringe. I'm surprised you got needles and not syringes, that seems counterintuitive. Check the accessory sources for a source that ships to your area.
Best of luck

Boom! +2
Once it used, it's used! It's not sterile anymore. Does anyone aspirate? Regardless, it's never worth the risk and it's never done in the medical community. There are huge lawsuits because of things like this.

In that case if rather combine all the coumpounds into one syringe (up to 3cc) and inject into a glute. If it comes up to more then 3cc then I wouldn't mind using the extra syringe, there fairly cheap and available in the US. In this guys situation... I don't know that's a tough one

I'm glad that you've beat the odds. It's still not good practice and it's a risk.
