All good points,
Another thing to keep in mind is your hematocrit (HCT). Testosterone will cause an increase of red blood cells in your body which increases blood viscosity (thicker), which makes your heart pump harder and increases the pressure in your vessels. All = higher blood pressure.
Lots of water, aspirin if your over 40. And do mid cycle bloods. A few yrs ago I did some blood work and had a Hct of 56% Way on the high side. My MD don't like it over 50%. (50% is high normal for most labs) some will rang higher. Needless to say I volunteered blood the next day.

All good points! But just donated blood like a few days before cycle.. seems to of gone away the whole fast beating or I'm just used to it now lol I know my BP is a lil high but I thinj it's more stress related.

If I had BP sides I would push water, take an aspirin, and keep checking the BP.
Cardio am and get some rest at night

140 BP doesn't really worry me on cycle but what do you think?

All good points to keep in mind.

What is the stress b vitamin packs? Yeah last time I was on cycle I think I had the same thing.. it doesn't bother me but I was just curious if it was normal. I'm definitely stressed a lot with so much personal things mostly my fault..but that's a different story.

I wouldn't worry about 140.

Normal male bp is 100+age max at 140 / 70-90
Normal female is 90+age max at 130 / 60-80

So at 32 my max should be 132 / 90. I just checked it literally before writing this sentence. 133 / 83 ... but if it was a few more mmHg higher at 140, that's really nothing to worry about, especially if you're 40, cuz that's considered normal.
