I know how frustrating that can be, Bro. It sux. But try to stay with the process through the email he posted above. If anyone on here is good for it, MP's the one. Keep cool if you can and send him whatever exchanges you've had regarding your order; that's your best advice. Hell, I take screen captures off the website of every step of the way in any transaction, and I take photos of the receipt from funding transfers, etc., just in case.
He's fully aware of my order being paid for and that he has already received the funds about 2 days after donating. Was told my order was on its way with the rest of that big batch that had waited so long because of the chaos and never got anything. No email response no nothing. Finally pm'ed Phoenix since I seen him on here trying to help everyone get situated and he was very helpful through the process and also said my pack has been sent. still nothing. Been waiting to post on here because I know how hectic the past month has been for the both of them but after seeing everyone's pack land and now ppl even getting their packs that they ordered a week ago. Just REALLY disappointed in the lack of communication..
Anonfrustrating is hardly the word i would use. you know i usually keep my mouth shut these days, do my thing from a distance.... unfortunately this is not the case here.. sir you have no idea how all this works or how hard it has been to deal with this... communication sucks because the email provider we are using currently allows MP to send out 25 emails a day. why you may ask??? because other secure carriers only allow emails that have certain options enabled to allow for encoded data transfer, most of which are not switched on in the "suggested" settings which google or foxfire use, so we use a bullshit email provider to make it easier on you guys. i swear youll get your 4 packs of var and then some... i handled your order, which meant it had to go in reverse to get to our processing people, then back to shipping, not to mention we have to record it on our end and make sure we show the donation, as that accounts for how we pay our providers, shippers, and collectors, which is like i said, an aspect of all this that you have no idea about.... so throw stones, bash us, say what you want, we are the assholes here...
Bro invest in a VPN and tunnel your traffic that way then use an account like gmail. Much more secure honestly then whatever email service you're trying to use. Plus with a VPN you can bounce from a different server ever day if you so choose.
Not once did I "bash" either you or mp. Just looking for a response just like any other member would if they were told they would be receiving a pack and then notice that guys who have placed an order within the past week and have already got it while I'm still empty handed and no kind of response about my pack. I showed just as much concern as the ones that did when you guys had the last hiccup.
Now that i think about it, right about that time there was a guy that got an extra pack. Something like 7 vials that he didn't order. Maybe that was ur order sent by mistake?

Even though Wednesday will be the month mark I still wouldn't have said anything on here if it wasn't for the fact that I've recieved no responses from a couple emails in regards to where my pack might be and to hear other guys posting that they are communicating with him and that's what did it.. Yes sir, I'd be frustrated as well. Waiting sucks and if people are getting their packs from ordering 7 days ago, something is def not right. I'm sure you'll be WELL taken care of. Especially if Phoenix is on ur case.

Yeah, you're probably good. This seems to have happened with the last 24 hours. MP has made sure everyone got their shit anyway in the past. But can you imagine what that would cost him? Not only the time and cost to unfuck his site, but the lost sales, AND having to send people shit that he never got paid for because some hacker managed to receive the money? That's so fucked because no source could recover from that too many times. It also makes me wonder: if some Russian Hackers can do all that, imagine what U.S. law enforcement could do...
