I like to set up a big cardboard box.. Put a stick under the front of it that stands it up a foot or so. Tie a long piece of string to the stick. Hold on to the opposite end of the string. Now you'll probably have to bait the underside of that box. Wait for a critter to take that bait and yank that string.

I superset upright rows with shrugs. All moderate weight. A lot of people do heavy shrugs but I get a lot better response when I keep constant control of the weight
Yes sir, i HAVE to go light with upright rows. I have a torn rotator cup so theres some movements i can't go heavy on. I have found proper form with lighter weights beats pounding out heavy weights any day.
I agree my traps grow better with light to moderate weight. The plates at my gym have holes in them like makeshift handles so I shrug front barbell, supersets with holding 45s at my side and shrugging to failure...very basic but effective
Yes sir, old school works wonders because well...its a tried and true technique. I have one method my father taught me when i was in high school that i kinda forgot about until recently. It works the forearms as well.
Take a pipe or wood piece comfortable enough to grip, about 2' in length. Drill a hole in the middle all the way through. Take a 6' long piece of rope thread it through the pipe/wood, tie a knot on one end. Then on the other end tie a 2# or 5# weight. Hold it above ur head out in front of you and simply roll the rope up till the weight is almost to the pipe. Then roll it back down to the floor. Man you'll feel the burn in ur forearms, shoulders and traps after about 10 times.

Hell ya running it right now and have been the last five weeks or so it is the only prop I have ran that is completely pip free 2ml in the quad pip free. And quality is on point

I like to hit back, shoulders and chest in the same day. Only because I'm not working atm so i have time to spend 3-4 hours at the gym. I'm still hurtin from leg/core day. Think i over did it slightly lol.
i love where im located im about 30 mins from about 4 different beaches. Cant beat it.

Getting ready to start a EQ 600mgs, Tren Ace 300mgs, and Test E 175mgs all MP gear. It's just gotta get here first. I tried to wait for them to restock the var but couldn't wait any longer and had to go with a different source. How's their var treating you so far?
Sounds like a great cycle. You gonna run var at rhe start or finish or the whole cycle. The var is freakin awesome. Pumps are insane. Vascularity is apparent. I love that feeling when buddies who haven't seen me in years are like "dude wtf? R u juicing?" I'm like fck that shit, i eat lots of chicken and lift 5 days a week now lol.
That's a good feeling when people you know are calling you out it means your doing something right:) my first cycle was d bol and sust I hadnt seen my pops in a few months and one of the first things he said to me is your on steroids
I'm still on the fence on whether or not I wanna run it at the end or through out the whole cycle. I know that some say that the tren will cancel out the var if ran together. A lot of times I like to make my own path so to speak and see what works for me. I haven't decided yet when I wanna run the tren either. I know im starting the eq right away. So I'll either throw the tren in the middle or the end. Man I always tell people a lot of hard work and protein! LOL. Those that know me know what's up. What's your opinion on the var and tren as far as when to incorporate it?
