How do you guys take your var if you have 50mg caps. With the half life being so short 8 hours. Is it a waste to take just 50 mg a day or do you take 100 mg or more to keep it consistently in your blood.
i always just run 100 mgs a day just split it about every 12 hrs.

Yea that what i was thinkin about doing if i got mps var caps is split them in half and just take 25 four times a day, thats what i usauly do with tabs
I like var at 75-100mg. Split the caps and divide the powder if your doing 75mg.

I'm sure all of us have a horror story lol. My first couple pins went great. I was pinning only my quads, about 3rd week in on trt blood came gushing out when i pulled out. Scared the shit out of me. I told my doc and he kinda laughed and said it happens to the best of us. He said i probably went through a capillary or nicked a vein. My ol lady refuses to pin me because of what happened.
lol that we do. Currently taking albuterol and it is causing for some nice shakes which makes pinning a bit nerve wrecking haha.

I was getting ab pumps today from the var. Had to do 25 rep sets, rest for a min, then hit another 25 on the ab roller. I love that machine. I add about 40lbs, knock out 200 reps. After that on the var the pumps are to much. Almost can't breathe.
dude ive had those a few times on var, straight locked me up in the middle of my workout. Shit was brutal.
Lol man I've been just sitting on the couch before and start laughing at something and all of a sudden a couple of my abs just freaking cramp up! Man I was sore from that for days! It was from any of metros orals though it was from a different source before the metroverse was born.
@bluebear45 samething happens to me every now and then. I'm almost 100% sure it's coming from an air bubble that you didn't get out of the syringe and you injected it. It's like a projectile type of bleeding. Shit scared me too the first time it happened. Lol nothing to worry about bro
So last night i pinned my gear in my glute. I drew back there was no blood. Well im having a little trouble with the twisting to pin back there these day so it could have been a combo of things angle speed idk. After i withdrew blood shot out. All i could say was oh boy this has never happend. After the blood shot out it didnt bleed but i was a little concerned maybe i could have shifted and hit something on accident. As of now it doesnt hurt im just curious what happened. Oh its was tren and mast and i was coughing like a bitch. Made me never want to pin again.
That's what you get for roto rootering your ass with the pin, lol. I did the same thing but not as bad the other day, got the tren cough from Tren E just like you. That's when you know you nicked something!
But the coughin like a bitch is normal with tren if u hit a vein, i hate it makes me feel like there a billioPounds sitin on my chest :/ but i love me some tren lol
tren cough is the worst man it happened to me like 2 weeks ago and i know its coming because i get the taste in the back of my throat and then within 1 minute the coughing hits me lol as crazy as it sounds if you have a bad episode put your head in the freezer and breath in the cold air it makes it feel a little bit better.
I had something like that happen in my delt but i had tes n mas in the barrel, when i pulled it out it shot out blood all over and it allmos felt like i shot sometren witht hte way i felt but yea it scard me too having i blees out like that but it was fine nothing heppened

Well I can tell you of a time when I did that. I drew back and no blood. Proceeded to pin. Pulled out and blood shot outta my ass check all over the bathroom. I had to turn to grab some tp and I literally sprayed the bathroom wall with a line of blood. LOL. It was ridiculous! Pretty sure you just went through a vein like I did. Left a bruise. Wasn't a bad one though.
Yeah man it was like a money shot but with blood bahaha.. It was like a masacar happened in there blood was smearing my girl was like i told you blaah blaah.. It was an experience
A squirter. I pinned my delt, withdrew, and shot blood 2 feet. My old lady was in the bathroom with me and I thought she was going to pass out. I've had it happen a few times. Never any issues
