Good morning metroverse. To dang quiet up in here. My ol lady called in sick yesterday, killed my gym time. I had honey do's up the ying yang. Guess today I'll have to make up for it.
On days like that that's when you get down and do like a thousand pushups over multiple sets or free weight body squats. Will still break you down pump you up and leave you sore
I usually head to "Home Depot," to get supplies to fix something on those days, and I get caught up talking to someone at Home Depot about redoing a room in the house........ which = I go to the gym, and make Home Depot as fast as I can lol...
Lol I hear ya I use to go to my "moms" house and go hit the gym. I ended up just investing in my own weight bench, curling bar and dumbbells. All Olympic so I can change out the plates on each. And over a few years got enough plates so each bar has its own weights and don't have constantly switch all the plates around.
I slip in a few sets. I have a shed thats hot as hell that has my weights and punching bag. I got to spend an hour in my man cave before the list started lol.
There's nothing like having your own weights. Best investment I've made in awhile. And they last forever. I've gone through 3 benches over the last 12 years but still using the orignal bench bar and plates that came with it. Gotta keep it outside but I keep it under the deck and covered up. And put galvanized bolts in the bench instead of the stainless ones that came with it. so it won't rust and keep it painted
Man i tell u what my new fav meal has become. Spaghetti squash with bell peppers, mushrooms, black olives and turkey meat. Mmmm good.

Their mast is def on point. I've seen great results on a low dose. I just got the mast E in a week ago. The mastP is amazing. Actually all their gear is lol. And ur right, words out that yoked and Phoenix have some bad ass gear.
In the beginning of their comeback on eroids that was brought up. I think Phoenix and i was talkin about it in PM. Then their promo hit and they got slammed hard, and its been crazy ever since. I think they probably will go private soon if they stay slammed.

Yeah i kinda got semi screwed on the promo lol. I had placed an order hours before it came about. But Phoenix threw in some free var on my order, so i didn't mind missing it by a couple hours. It all equaled out.
