I Need A Thumbs Up And Or Advice For My Next Cycle To Get Cutt

Haven't ran an AAS cycle in two years im 5'6 190 with some body fat but muscular. 33 years old I only done two previous cycles one test e and dbol, hated it I was strong but bloated. I then did another cycle running a stack of test e with decca, this was over two and a half years ago. For this cycle I am looking to BURN FAT LEAN HARD LOOK. GET CUT GET CUT. I do not care about being strong getting big or how much weight im putting up. I want to be able to take my shirt off in confidence as summer is here. Im considering running a Cut stack for eight weeks , mast p test p tren a blend.for 8 weeks to shed fat get cutt and look good . I work out and lift 5 days a week been doing it 5 yeats now. I need to keep the cycle low price and free of orals and no winny. I think the cut stack would work best for me with running adex after the cycle. Any better suggestions??? Guys can please refrain from workout diet and dosage talk this post is for me to determine the cycle to get the summer body. Thanks.

Thanks guys I am double up on cardio and stricter smaller portions diet as well. Maybe after my bf% is down I will consider running something.

Bro, I'm way late to the party here. I have nothing material to add except the bad news that you ain't gonna have no cut up summer body for this season bro. guitarplayer is spot on. If you let that discourage you, you don't have the discipline and commitment you imply you have. No amount of steroids is gonna change anything. Moreover, this new idea everyone has about running bodybuilding prep chemicals just to go on a diet is amusing but not hysterically funny. So, listen to the bros below they have you covered. Everytime I see someone claiming lower BF% than what they really are, I realize, that's probably where they wish to be at the moment. Everyone here already got you on point, listen to them & execute. Good luck!

Hate to break it to ya, but your gonna need at least 4 months of hard dieting, cardio, proper mindset with discipline to be a lean rock hard look.

Everytime you go drink on the weekends (which is retarded by the way) you introduce sugar into yourself and spike your insulin at the worst possible times. Then your protein synthesis gets fucked for about 72 hours. At this point your just going to the gym to maintain you drinking on the weekends.

Let's not even go there about using gear and alcohol!!!

Either be real with yourself and shit or get off the pot. It takes strong will and determination to produce the results you seek. Steroids is not going to help you at all until you get real with yourself and put the right things in motion.

Monday through Friday I eat chicken and pork that I barbecued over the weekend with rice for my lunches and dinner in the morning I eat eggs with fruit I drink water and milk and one protein shake a day. I drink beer on weekends and weekends only.the reason I wanted to refrain from talking about diet and workout is so I can focus on one thing at a time after I choose the right compounds n I will focus on what I will be eating and how I will be working out I don't want to talk about three different things at one time.with where I am at now I'm ready to run something and go to the next level same reason you guys do it

There is no free dinner around here. We treat this shit seriously and before we sign off on a cycle we want to make sure it is the right call. If you are truly 15-16% I may bend a little.

+3 for stepping up. Now the fact is you are more like 20%, that ain't all bad news you just have to buckle down and be disciplined for a little bit. Do you work out at a gym? Do they have any weight loss challenges or group stuff geared towards that going on? Something like that along with serious work on your diet and you could knock that BF down to acceptable levels bro. No anabolics are going to do what diet and hard work will in your case.

Yes I work out in a gym every morning . And yes I could do more portion control on my eating as well.
Maybe up the cardio in the gym too.

How early do you hit the gym? Adding/upping the intense cardio in the morning in a fasted state will do you wonders for fat burning.

Break out your macros per meal for us, it'll make it easier to modify each meal to your goals. Perhaps you're eating the wrong carbs at the wrong time of day, or perhaps your carb intake isn't as low as you'd believe. It's a bit of a write up, but it'll be worth it.

Im in the gym by 645 am b4 work I only drink a coffee before I go in as I wake up.And yes I eat carbs late when not needed.

At 16% BF you're not at the level you need to be to get back on AAS. you need to drop that BF% first and then think about going on.

You're not ready for AAS. You want to focus on diet and training first, always.

It's pretty simple actually. You want to get cut then you diet. You want to get big you eat eat eat. What are you looking for here bro? You want to get cut but don't want any advice on how to do it? You just want to pump all kinds of juice into you and cross your fingers that you get shredded? Ugh... Bud it's ALL about diet and excersize 80% diet 20% juice. Do some more research bud.

Well no one is going to dance around a diet when you mention cutting because no steroid stack on Gods green earth is going to get you shredded if you eat like shit. Diet and Cardio control that. So if you really want some good advice post up your tentative diet plan and cardio and people may be more responsive to giving you cycle advice.
