Anonone word for you tren folks.... melatonin ... 15mg 2 hours before bed (disclaimer: not responsible for the dreams youll have) but youll definitely sleep.. find it online or at any health store
Lol I do 10mg melatonin from time to time but I almost cry my dreams are so bad. I'm such a bitch lol. I don't even take much tren but it's enough to jack my sleep. Sweet dreams boys lol
I'm the oddball. Never had any tren sides ever! No tren insomnia, no prolactin issues. No nothing. Just every once in a while might want to rip off a head or two.. :-)
And maybe wake up a lil sweaty as said below.
I dont get the insomnia either I sleep just fine while.one tren ace never tried enanthate. I do however occasionally wake up from a crazy dream to spilled water on my night stand so I leave capped water bottles there instead of cups now. I pin e.d. at night before go to bed.
I use it every night on and off cycle. I take 700mcg and I'm out. I bet 15mgs would knock me on my ass.
Lol... The only thing it really does to me at night is I wake up with my lower back sweaty and the back of my head sweaty. "Sometimes" not all the time the front of my shoulders will be sweaty. But I don't really see it having any effect on my sleep. I've heard of tren insomnia, but like I think I might have told you, I don't hardly get a lot of the AAS side effects we hear about.
Thats not so bad, hell i wake up like that even off cycle. My ol lady calls me her heater. I'm deff gonna have to get on the tren train one day, at least for a short ride just to see. Probably start out with tren A for my first cycle, see how i tolerate it. Then maybe tren E the next cycle if all goes well.
Honestly I wasn't a big fan of the ace. It's just impossible for me to remember to pin. I always forget if I pinned yesterday or the day before. I'm positive I fucked up the whole time I was running it. E is so much easier. All I gotta remember is Monday morning/ Thursday night. And I love how that 4th week rolls in and one day all of a sudden I gotta do a double take of myself when I walk past a mirror.
I think I do better without the ace/prop kicker. I'm happy with my results.. I definitely made significant stregnth gains and dropped BF. But I don't think it was anything I couldn't have done with enanthate alone. Just my .02
I just want to clean something up real quick here. I said I wasn't a big fan of the ace. That had nothing to do with the product or the quality of the product. It just me . Me and my personal preference. This was a first time tryout for me with using short esters. But I think I'll be sticking with my test/tren enanthate next time. It's just My personal preference
Ha ha i hear ya...i actually keep track of when where and what I've pinned on my phone calendar. It helps to keep track of in case i miss a day. I'm gonna try ace only because if my body doesn't like it, it'll be out of my system quicker. I think 6 weeks would be a good start cycle. Probably won't try it for quite awhile.
