Fresh fruits and raw vegetables are really good for the fitness and weight loss. These fresh fruits and vegetables control the cholesterol level and burn the extra body fat.The more beneficial fruits and vegetables for weight loss are apple, orange, grapefruit, berries, broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, and radish.

The good ole hamburger without a bun is always a nice way to mix things up too. I like to use either 90/10 or 85/15 ground beef and melt a slice of pepper jack cheese over it

Certain fruits can spike insulin and wreak havoc with your levels. Need to be careful which fruits you eat and when you eat them.

Agree 100 percent! I don't think fruit should be involved in a cut at all except maybe some berries around a workout or with oats..

Nada. Fruit is loaded with sugar. I cut out all sugar for 3 weeks and lost 10 pounds in the stomach

For Christ sakes eat some fats dude! There is not ONE food in all those meals, for all those days that has really any fat in them!!!

How long you think you will last before you feel like shit on that diet without any fats?

When you drop your carbs up your intake of "good" fats i.e...... Almonds, Egg yoke,Top round, Natural pb, Avacado, Salmon, Olive oil.,,,etc,,,, And make sure you get some fats in DAILY!!!!

Food that is high in fiber, so mostly dark color veggies. Also, protein shakes, lean beef/Turkey, watermelon, bcaa with water will suppress your hunger somewhat.

Hope this helps

Cruciferous veggies - broccoli, cauliflower
High fiber. Even supplement protein shakes with a fiber mix. That 'barndad' brand fiber shit is pretty good

Almonds, olive oil, PB, avocado. Need fat to burn fat just watch the quantity since its pretty calorie dense

Dark leafy greens, kale, spinach, chard, collards. I hit a pan with some spray, medium heat, toss in some crushed garlic, maybe a splash of vinegar or lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and the greens for a min or two depending on the amount. These are very low in carbs, and what I eat along side my proteins.
