+ 9 Bulking up Baby

Okay so here we go guys, 5 weeks into the bulk and I'm sitting at 215 (216) lbs.. This is the most I've weighed and not look like a cow... The first pic was today, after a good solid workout, the other is a back shot, and the last is a silly attempt of me popping my lats out after back day last Tuesday. I think it looks like I've grown in just that weeks time (I know my body hair has, so that's coming off ASAP)

You have a good solid foundation going for ya homie.. That is just where you wanna be when you start cycling with gear.. Now its just finding out what works best for you and let it role... Hell ya brotha you're getting big and making continues progress. I just got my bf tested today 205 at 12.5%. I was 180 at 10% in the begenning of October so that means I added about 18lbs of pure muscle in the lasT 4 months. And the best part is I still have 4 more months of bulking and an even better diet, better training routine and higher quality gear. Goal is to lean bulk/recomp up to about 215-220 at 10% and start my 16 week prep there. Looks like were both doing big things this year.
