Strategy/Goals: TO JUMPSTART some muscle growth by pushing calories hard and training hard while covered up for winter but still keeping leanness and insulin sensitivity in mind. Then as spring comes around I will start cleaning up the gains even more then summer tighten up a bit before prep then dive into prep head first. Id like to Compete in the NPC EAST COAST middleweight division and win so any help would be great !!
Currently looking at diet first

Test 800 mg Monday / Thursday split weeks 1-18
Deca-400mg Monday / Thursday split weeks 1-12
Eq- 1000mg Monday Thursday split weeks 1-16
dbol - 4weeks on 4 weeks off on ( 1-4) (9-12)
Hcg 250iu 2x per week (500iu)
Aromasin on hand 12.5 E0d or arimidx .25 e3d ( adjust if needed)
Caber - on hand if prolactin arises ( .25 E3d)

i am currently running this exact cycle and i fucken love it, i went from 90kilos to 98 current kilos but i do expect to drop a few waterweight kilos before the end of the cycle, the last 6 weeks i am adding tbol at 50mg a day. i also want to compete in the fall, i am looking at -80kilos and i iactually think i can make it and look amazing. btw what weightlimit is middleweight? before i forgot, i personally would never do a 18 week cycle, its just to long for me imo, im doing a 15 week with test prop as a taper for the last two weeks.
Thats going to be one hell of a PCT at 19 weeks...took me forever to recover off my 16wk deca/test cycle. If you haven't already, I'd look into GnRH aka Triptorelin...it's pretty much my go to as far as PCT is concerned, wish I would have used it on my deca/test pct.
I'm having the same debate rigjt now. I'm running 900mg of bold cyp and 900mg of test e and I always run 250mg of deca for my joints but I have amps and it's pain in the ass to split the amps to 2 weekly 125mg doses so I'm really tempted to just run 500mg deca also. But I'm not gonna. One purpose of running eq is you're not bloated and watery all cycle. Adding deca in at 400-500mg ew is gonna pull some water and take away from the nice lean dry look eq will give.
But if this is an all our bulker for you then the long term goal is what's important, forget looking a little watery while your on if it's gonna give you the extra mass you're after when you cut. But how much extra muscle is 400mg of deca really gonn add? That's the big question that no one can really answer. I believe most of us are at the stage where we can still make gains with a test base and 1 anabolic ( deca or eq) and an oral. The double anabolics should be reserved for guys who really have a high level of developement physique wise and just aren't getting the results anymore from just one or the other. That's my opinion on it anyways.
But my suggestion to you is get bold cyp. Kicks in alof faster then eq. I'm in a rush so I'll add in more later.
My only concern is you are young and running a long hard cycle. I think you could make great gains on a twelve week cycle with the diet you are using and not risk a long hard shutdown..
Anonx 2...... thats 2 grams of gear a week... thats a lot, i think youd get the same gains if you went 500mg test, 600mg eq, and 250mg deca.. but different strokes for different folks

If I am reading this right you are planning on running this cycle first and then do a different cycle for your show prep? Or are you planning on running this cycle up to show time?
If you are planning on doing a show you should join the competition prep group. Preparing for a show is whole different animal than just trying to look good for the summer.

AnonIdc much about summer I'm a winter guy... I'm more concerned with really Packing on more mass to take with me to the show This is gunna be my cycle first to bulk than I'll have some time off and eventually I'll add in other compounds during prep phase will lead up into the show time ... For now I'm in off season bulking mode ... 1 step at a time no need for me to rush into a prep mode now
Yea I just didn't know if you were trying to make this one of those cycles where people think they can bulk in the beginning if it and then cut at the end which ends up providing lackluster results. You are approaching it the right way it sounds like. Bulk with this cycle and then run a completely different one to cut.
Yup, we talked about this once, I tried it before and I think you said you did also and it just doesn't work. Wish it did but it doesn't. Gotta pick one goal with compounds geared towards that goal and reach it then tAke some time and then pick a new goal and cycle and go with that. Bulking then cutting jn the same cycle just doesn't work,.

Not a fan of the high test and 1000 eq. Not sure what u want 2 do..u will.be holding water for sure...more mg of gear isn't always best..Shoot for quality

AnonI dont understand your "diet". When ppl say 40/40/20 it means 40% carbs 40% protein Nd 20% fats. Your "diet" the percentages dont add to 100%. So im clueless to your macros. Also, calorie breakdown isnt there. Cycle itself looks good to me and i like the hcg during.

Never used eq, I have just been attracted to so many other gears. Your taking a gram a week... What type of effects dose a dose that size have on you?

Edit: well to be totally honest I've ran Eq in the past at 800mg and my body tolerated it very well and last cycle I ran at 1000mg and the gear was deff underdosed ... Anyways at 800-1000 I wouldn't probably notice too much of a difference but if blood pressure or any other concern for rbc becomes an issue I'll be donating blood and drop down to 800. Trial and error I don't want to change something that is. Not broke . This is gunna be trial and error and a good learning experience for me

What's the biggest benefit to running eq in your opinion?
I have stayed away from it. The doses and ammount needed to pin turn me off, im wondering if You feel like it's a tried and true thing for you?
Doseage theory is so flawed. So oral tren is appealing because you only need a half mg per day? Eq is just a mild weak type drug so the dose has to he high but it's benefits muscle gain wise at 1000 are probably comparable to deca at 400. Just a differnt type of gainer.
AnonBeing a hockey player along with working construction, i feel the benefits from EQ will help my endurance and push me through rough times and make me even more hungry than i current am.
