I was around 273 lbs and a 44" waist. I went to 176 lbs and now sitting at 225lbs but a different kind of weight for sure! I never thought it was possible to be honest! Till I talked to a bodybuilder at open house and well the rest is history. now my goal is not to really care what I weigh but what i see in the mirror!
And thanks fellas!! Its great to have a place where you can talk and post! You guys help me to be driven for sure!!
Now would any of you believe I have 4 kids over 20 and one 16 yr old and 3 grand children??

People give me all kinds of props for being so lean and ripped, but I honestly give higher respect to guys like you because its pretty easy for me to remain lean. I've never had to start from where you did, so I can only imagine the work and discipline that took. Sure, what I've done does too--tons. But I suspect that your transformation may have been much harder.

Yes sir, Some new ink it is and have another one started on the other arm but waiting for outline to heal. The truth is my whole life and outlook has changed. I am getting a pec done after the left arm is complete lol!
