+ 32 3 year transformation.....Never satisfied
It was almost 3 years ago exactly that i put down the drugs and unhealthy lifestyle i was living and started on my bodybuilding journey. I was around 125-130lbs in those first pictures. Looking like i was ready to die lol. I was serious from the day I started lifting. I spend literally all my time reading about training and nutrition. I didnt want to waste any time making mistakes. And I was very lucky to have two great lifting partners who were already huge to show me the way. And best of all they never once said anything about how fucking small i was. All they would do was encourage me. So i got lucky i never wasted time doing bicep curls everyday like you see alot of new lifters doing. The current picture was about 3 weeks ago right at the end of my last cycle a little over 200lbs with an insane arm pump from some pre workout tne, igf-1 des and m1T. My arms probably grew more then and inch from that pump. They normally dont look that good lol. So overall I'm 75-80lbs heavier then i was 3 years ago. I dont think I'm to fat lol, so a decent chunk of its gotta be muscle
I plan on competing in July most likely in mens physique as i feel my shape and size is probably best suited for that class. But i plan to switch to bodybuilding at some point. So for the next 2.5 months ill be on a clean bulking diet, then the next 8 weeks my diet will be around maintenance with hopes of recomping and getting into better condition before the full blown cut starts. Hopefully at the end of that 8 weeks all be around 210 at 10% bf or so. And then the next 13 weeks after that will be full on cut mode so hopefully i can step on stage in the 190s sub 5%. My main focus the next 6 months will be bringing up my stubborn ass upper chest which just refuses to grow, my arms need some improvement an also my legs. I have a great coach helping me thru this entire 7 month prep so i have no doubt ill bring a great package to the stage. .
Gonna upload a few more pics later when i get a chance. And advice for my first show will be greatly appreciated.

its coming lol. Have to get the wife on point first she is the one with real potential to go far.
Multi task my brother. Channel both your guys energy together and use that to propel you both to new heights.,
im curious what you think about all the "you gotta eat more/you're not ready yet" comments we see so much around here. personally i kinda think that's bullshit because there are guys that can eat like a horse and never gain any weight until they start juicing. probably not a popular opinion but it's the truth.
Its bullshit man. If you're not gaining weight your not eating enough. I have a superrr fast metabolism and when i first started i said the same thing I eat so much blah blah blah. The key is to actually track with yo eat then I realized wow I'm not actually eating very much. Once i started tracking my cals I added 40lbs naturally before touching gear. I had to eat over 3000 cals at 130lbs to gain weight lol. So its all basic physics, eat more then your bmr and youll gain its inevitable baring a health problem. I dont buy the whole I'm not gaining weight now so I'm gonna start juicing. If one is not gaining weight naturally then you're not gonna gain anything on juice except the initial water retention and maybe a little muscle since steroids increase nitrogen retention so much. But still steroids or natural diet is key. and without it nothing happens.
So if someone comes on and says in 170lbs I been lifting for a year of 2 haven't gained any weight I need gear to grow. I'm gonna say no you need to eat more. If someone comes on there and says I been training for a few years I've added 30-40lbs in that time and I wanna take it to the next level and speed things up then I'm ok with it. It's obvious the guy knows how to eat an train cause he's added size naturally. That's what I look for when people are asking about jucing. Having a good understanding of the basics and successfully implementing them.
nicely done. ive never really had a problem gaining weight so im just talking out my ass a little i guess. it happens.
AnonBig change
+2
Thanks brotha
OursIsTheFuryYou look great my brother!!! Thick fucking arms, haha almost look unreal it's impressive! I hope you continue to never be satisfied so you can crush your first show and then move on to the next one. I and all eroids will be rooting for your ass! Even if it is in swimming trunks ;)
Thanks bro, it's really just the massive and I mean massive pump I get from that preworkout stack. Tne+igf-1 des and M1T. It's even better with dbol. They really shrink back down a lot after lol. If I could only stay pumped like that all the time id look like a beast.
supermansson11Plus 1 good transformation bro.skys the limit just keep looking forward and pushing ahead.
Thanks bro wil do.
When I saw your old pic I thought about that cartoon named Quest my kids watch, the big guy calls the kid runt all the time lol. You've come along way man and are doing it right and soaking up tons of knowledge and helping others along the way. I always look forward to reading your post. You've added 75 lbs of beef in 3 yrs and kept a pretty damn nice physique, very impressive ironegame. I've been working on my upper chest lately and tried about everything. What works best for me is feet up on bench or chair and do push up and then smith machine incline hands shoulder width and just pump them reps out til you can't do no more. I superset between push up and smith machine, give it a try you might like the results. +1
Lol I really was the definition of a runt. That fucking upper chest really is a bitch if its a generic weak spot. But over time we will bring it up no doubt just gotta keep trying. I'll try out your advice, and give the pre exhaust a shot also. It's been the best thing for my chest so far .
For upper chest I do 10 reps benching on incline with dumbells. Then immediately w feet on top of bench 20 reps push ups & then hands on bench push ups for 20 reps followed by some fascia stretching for chest, 1 min break then repeat for 5x sets Gotta stretch out that fascia bra
Good deal I'll give it a try.
The only thing that's helped me is pre exhausting my chest with cable flys. My arms tend to fail before my chest gets a good workout so by isolating them first with cables my chest is fatigued before I move on to my pressing exercises and the rest of my workout. That way my chest fails before my arms. It's about the only thing that's helped.
This is good shit here bro. Learning how to train your body is so underated and so full of possibility.
JuicewizardVery inspirational read man!! Nice work.
Thanks brotha

Thanks brotha. Means a lot. I'm proof if you want to change it's possible you just need the desire.
Iron_MonkDamn sexy +1 brotha
Tryna bring sexy back to bodybuilding
Underhand low incline barbell presses kill upper chest. Give them a try. I do them on the Smith machine.
I've tried em a few times. I'll add me back in. My coach designed a routine specifically to bring up my upper chest and arms. I've seen a lot of growth in my arms and some in my chest. It's just a real stubborn part for me but I'll make it grow. It'll be slow tho regardless.
RustyhookerLean n mean!!
Not lean enogh, but getting there. I'll post more throughout the prep.
Dam brother much respect to you hard work and dedication keep going and setting goals and blowing them out of the water. sweeet +2 all bro

Awesome transformation .. your before pic is like me 1 year ago. If i could make that progress in 2 years id be buzzin'.
Thanks for the inspiration!
You can, honestly you can do even better. My progress isn't even all that great. This has to basically be your number one focus in life. no partying not drinking no nothing.
+1 I see you put a lot of hard work in! To build that upper chest when you do any type of press bring that bar back closer to your neck with kind of a wide grip and elbows out. Back down and push from your chest. I also use a suicide grip... Always seems to help me.
Oh man if it was only that easy for me. I got some tricks up my sleeve. It'll be looking right in 6 months.
