Finally I received my order , Thank You When I opened the shipping box I saw all 8 vials are crashed really bad . Read a lot of horror stories , ppl can not "uncrash" they gear , they have to throw away , or order another ones. I successfully "uncrashed" 4 vial already , just would like to tell my success to all of you how I was able to fix my gear . My English not the best , but I hope all of you understand me

Some vial take only 20-25 minutes , some take 40-50 minutes or more
You need a A lot of Patience

1- heat up a glass of water to the boiling point
2- insert the vial into the hot water ,make sure the top is not submerged
3- let it stand in the hot water for 8-10 minutes
4- remove the vial , and shake it , stir it for a few minutes , by then you will see there is no more crystals stuck to the vial , all crystals are "swimming" in the oil
5- heat up the water to the boiling point again , and place the vial back to the water for another 10 minutes
6- remove the vial from the water , check for "swimming" crystals in the oil ,stir a little bit, let it stand for a minute, if you are lucky you will see a clear , smooth "uncrased" oil
7- if still crystals "swimming" in the oil repeat step 5 and 6 till you will get a clear , smooth "uncrased" oil

What did not worked for me :
-Keep the vial under running hot water from the faucet
-Let the vial stand in hot water without stir it or shake it
