AnonBasically, except the uncle part. I'm just MP now. I handed that name off along with the site to a very quality individual who I knew would keep the name and line going strong. I, in no shape or form, want to step on any toes with that operation.

Hey guys, got a question for you. I have not used an AI in my previous cycles. Ive never needed it. Im mid 30s now and noticed im not handeling the estro the way I used too. Im taking arom at 12.5mg a day, and I was feeling great. I think i should have taken it down to 6.25 a day when my high estro sides went away but i didn't. Now i think my estro is low. Tired, dry skin and lips, ache knees. I was thinking of pinning a couple cc of prop hoping it would give me an estro spike. Will that work? I appericate any help, its like im relearning my body and Im in a place where ive have not been before.

Anoni have this same experience my friend... i run about 12.5-25 mg of aromasin a day, if i stay on point and remember to take it everyday for 4-5 days in a row i notice low estrogen sides as well. its different for everyone and the best advice i have to offer is to just make sure you always have good stock of any AI for the estrogen spikes that come with getting old.. lol, cheers brotyher
So how do you run it now? Run it for a few days when you notice high estro ,then go off until you notice high estro again?
Anoni try to run it everyday, i hate when my estro gets to high, i get all watery-eyed when i see those commercials with the homeless dogs and cats, i know my estrogen is too high when that happens.

Well if it is. I got some of your aro! I was taking 12.5mg in the evening. My work schedule changed so I started taking 6.25 in the AM and 6.25 in the PM and thats when I started noticing the low estro sides.
AnonWe're all different, and as you've discovered, things change as we get older. I've started to look at things from the standpoint of don't use it unless you need it. Sure there's a generic cycle regimen you can go off of that works for a lot of people, but not everyone. I generally run aro 12.5mg eod, but thats what works for me. I never use Adex. I don't like its inhibition process and I almost always get an estro rebound spike when I go off it. Aromasin is much better in my opinion. Drop down to 6.25eod and see how that feels.
AnonBest thing to do is the get labs ran. There's ways of doing that anonymously if you don't want to go through your doc. If you feel like your body is changing, don't make guesses about what's going on. Pinpoint it, then take the appropriate methods to remedy things.
I have labs scheduled for Thursday. I was hoping to not have to ride it out until then. I also have baseline bloods that are 3 months old.

AnonI think I'd leave things alone, even if you're feeling bad simply to know what's going on now. You can always throw some prop or tne in right after your labs while you wait on the results if it would make you feel better. I do that stuff pretty frequently.
