Some of you guys may know me from Professional Muscle. I have a thread in the Sponsor Section names "HGH Testiing" which I have posted Serum scores for a number of HGH products. Karl had asked if I could post my test here on eroids. For those who don't know me, I know what your thinking, "Some new jack comes here from another forum and posts a test?, Why should I believe it". I would be thinking the same thing if I were you. 10iu's injected in Delt, blood draw 2 1/2 hours later. HGH Serum 30.5ng/ml. BTW, the IGF-1 is a baseline after being off all HGH for a week.

I forgot to add. I'm injecting 4iu's per day. Split into 2 injections. 2iu's first thing in the morning before fasted cardio, 2iu's PM after workout. I used the Sciroxx Western-Biotech HGH back in August 2014. Developed painful red lumps and red blotches Sub Q, and a painful lump in my delt for IM. Lasted for days. The new Somastim product has no discomfort what so ever. I should also mention, the presentation of the Somastim's are 1st class.
Guys - keep in mind that IGF1 levels depends on many factors - such as sex hormones, corticosteroids hormones, insulin and glucagon, as well as nutrition status hour of testing etc' . The ultimate testing is of course the USP set of tests which I posted before we rel;eased the batch - check on this lab tests section
There is an inherent fluctuation here, same as on the GH serum, the results are clearly in the target range of pharma grade, stay tuned for next week,
Also - Racepicks - keep us pls updated with general feedback on the product, such as injection, side effects etc', pharma grade shouldn't results in any severe side effects like many have posted on other UG sourced products as u probably know
I beg here for customers to do same tests....... so stay tuned for this as well, I'm sure this thread will encourage them

No - it should be up (of course), he's just started, it'll be up, unless there is some deviation in the test or in nature
Testing is expensive dude! I know I spend a lot on it, racepicks spends his social security checks on it. Jk
If it's allowed it would be nice if sources could reimburse testers. I mean a source should really pay for their own Q/C.

As soon as I finish digging this ditch that I do for a living....if there was only some sort of miracle drug out there that contains 191aa that I could inject sub q every day that would help my back heal....let me know if you guys find anything

Somebody explain to me why the Humatrope igf started to decline?
I can see several factors contributing here... due to antibodies (its possible even w/ 191aa), dosage inconsistency due to degradation, or it's a biological reason such as diet, health or medicine inhibiting IGF production by the liver. It's hard to have a definitive answer on this one brother.

Yes, 59 yrs old. I will be taking another Serum test next week, I actually shoot for 3 hours. I'm looking forward to the Somastim IGF-1 Test, I want to see if I get the same decline. Just before I took the 3 week test, I started my last 36iu cartridge, May have been a bad cartridge, we wi;; see in a few weeks.
exo-gh has been shown to reach peak serum levels at the 3.5 hour mark, you may want to reconsider your testing protocol for future testing..
But since you've done this test many times before vs the avg joe... I'm guessing you might have a method to your madness. Would like to hear the explanation on this if there is one. Thx Bro...

No disrespect taken, Brother. As I said, I will take another Serum test next week, I will aim for 3 1.2 hours and we'll see if you are correct. When we began Serum Testing on PM a few years back, an HRT Doctor stated that the peak time for HGH was 2 1/2 hours. Obviously, who knows if the HRT Doc was actually a Doc or if the 2 1/2 hours was in fact "Bro-Science". Believe me when I tell you, I'm not an expert at this, so I'm willing to try 3 1/2 hours. I prefer to let the tests speak for themselves.

Theirs a high serum/what I would consider a low igf posted a few down from this.
I'm starting to realize serums don't mean a whole lot....well, except their is gh and not all peps in there I suppose.

I believe a lot of us are going off the data gleaned from the Eli lilly and Serono rhgh product literature... Where it shows the median plasma peak at around the 3-4 hr mark... Now this is on their product and you made me think about it... there has to be some variance from subject to subject, product to product. But since we are dealing with unknown preparations, I guess we all just want a product that closely matches proven Pharma rhgh, and thus the 3.5 hr blood draw protocol was born. Lol. You are right about Alpha! But to be honest, Killroy, I believe the IGF-1 testing is the true measure of the quality of an HGH product.
I thought so to, but it turns out thats just not the case. Theres so much more to it then just high igf-1. Hence why we an raise our igf-1 to the same level as pharma grade but not get anywhere near the results. My boy hail razor has alot more info on this. Ive been trying to learn about it but theres not a whole lot of info out there. Think about it with peps. We can get peptides to raise igf-1 to the same levels as 4ius of pharm grade gh ( or very close) but the results are not even close to that of 4ius of pharm grade. So speaking from experience and using tons of generics and having sky high igf-1 levels with mediocre results, its not just about igf-1.
Oh I definitely agree. A few years back a consensus was reached around here (and I suppose elsewhere on other forums) that improperly folded or biologically inactive rhgh would show up on the serum test and a followup IGF test was needed to verify the bio-availability the tested rhgh, demonstrating an actual IGF production
But I think both tests are necessary....
Also I think the timing of the GH serum test (I guess 3-4hr post administration now) is important as it rules out other GH releasing peptides as their pulse peaks vastly differ.. (as demonstrated by Alpha's own exhaustive testing and DAT's contributions) which shows a pituitary dump at around the 45-60min mark and full clearance at 3 hr for GHRP/GHRH,
Last year we had a source (now gone) send out samples of a rhgh product (evogene) that produced bizarre numbers of elevated IGF, but didn't register at all for the GH serum test. Could this product been a peptide or just rHIGF ? shrugs
Now there is discussion that we also need third party accredited lab MS/HPLC testing done on products to determine if it is in fact rhgh, and if it is 191aa or its subpar brother 192aa.
I still think with all this testing done, there still will be members skeptical of the product, especially if its origins are chinese or non-pharma.

Well serum looks great. I wonder if it would have been higher if you got blood drawn at 3.5 hours.
Interesting igf-1 results on the humatrope. So it it looks like igf-1 peaked around 14 days and then steadily decline each week after.

I was using Lilly Humatrope from a sponsor not on this board. I'll post these results for comparison purposes. I will be going for the Week 1 IGF-1 test on the Somastims tomorrow. I'll post the results here also.

Interesting ... Which hgh were you on before and at what dose/duration ... Cause if your Igf was elevated out of range it typically takes longer then a week to drop to baseline +1
