Aromasin or Hcg in combination with Nolvadex + Clomid
Hi to everyone, i'm planning a basic bulking cycle for a friend but i have a little question about the PCT protocol to use.
These are his stats:
Age: 35
Height: 175 Cm
Weight: 83 Kg
Training for over 15 years
This is his first AAS cycle and we are planning to run this basic bulking cycle:
Week 1-12: Test-E 500mg weekly.
This is our PCT protocol ( we are planning to start the pct 1 week after last injection) :
Week 1: Clomid 100mg day / Nolvadex 40mg day
Week 2: Clomid 100mg day / Nolvadex 40mg day
Week 3: Clomid 50mg day / Nolvadex 20mg day
Week 4: Clomid 50mg day / Nolvadex 20mg day
For this first and simple cycle is necessary to add some hcg or aromasin? All basic cycles similar to this are without ai or hcg, what you suggest?

HCG is basically a must in every cycle nowdays... you don't want your testes to stop working at any time, so that the recovery after a cycle is faster.
Run HCG at 250iU twice per week... pin it subdermally 1 day before your testosterone shots (since HCG raise your blood test levels aswell). Run it from week 2-12, discontinue after your last test shot.
AnonIf he needs an ai or not will depend on if any estro sides pop up. I need to use an ai for 500mg test e, while some do not. He could wait until any sides come up (if at all), or just run an ai from week 3 or 4. Being his first cycle I would say wait until any estro sides show up and have an ai on hand. That way he will at least know if that dose will cause any issues. And getting bloodwork around week 6 would also give the best insight on where his numbers are really at and if anything needs to be added or adjusted.
I don't think hcg is necessary in this cycle at all, but a low dose of aromasin in pct has been beneficial to myself and others lately from what Ive gathered. I usually just run 6.25mg aromasin in pct.

I agree with both the above posts. I have estrogen issues at about 500mg of test. I don't get gyno issues I just start crying like a little girl over nothing. A small dose of ai takes care of that and I feel great. I'm also a fan of using 250IU hcg for any cycle over 6 weeks. There certainly won't be irreversible testes issues after this twelve week cycle without it but I like to get the grapes full and even a little shrinkage or nut pain makes me unhappy. That seems to happen to me at about 6 weeks into a 12 week cycle. 250IU hcg twice a week takes care of this issue for me as well.

AnonHe can run it through pct but at a lower dose. I will usually drop it 2 or 3 weeks into pct. I take 12.5mg/day during cycle everyday and I drop that in half for pct. I prefer to dose it everyday because of the half life but some people only need every other day.
Thank you jellotrip, he start soon and he check every day if sides apparer, in this case he take Ai dosed every day. If there aren't sides he go with a standard pct protocol. +1 for yours 2 messages, helped me to build perfectly this cycle
