Hello fellow bodybuilders male and female alike. I have been creepin' on this site for some time now, haha. I have been a bodybuilder/fitness freak for 20 plus years, a CPT for 10yrs of that. I fell in love with weights in HS, I was stick skinny at 16, ran track and played soccer. Was really fast for short sprints, so I started looking at BB mags and fell in love with the body by way of Charles Atlas articles in old magazines my Uncle had, when to my local rec center and said I want to get strong and build muscle. I became friends with the local gym guy, Rick, who knew what he was doing, liked my attitude and took me under his wing, this was in 1988, this dude was "Bodybuilding" as far as training and building muscle. He had that look I was dying to get, large defined bulging muscles. He introduced me to the Iron game in 1988 and I never looked back. I decided to compete for the first time in 2011 in the NPC Beverly International show, I took 5th in Men's Open BB, not bad, least I placed right lol! In April 2014, all that grind came to a head and was forced to take time off, knee and shoulder issues. So I have been on hiatus for going on 7 mos, but I am relaxed and rehabilitated and hitting the gym next Monday, I can taste the air now, the weights are in my dreams 24/7! I can't wait much longer for that pump and feeling I get just being surrounded by all that iron! It makes me feel awesome! I have been off cycle too, so I know the new cycle of gear will hit me nicely. I am 42 young and am ready to hit it wide fucking open!!!! Hoping to compete by summer's end 2015, I have my work cut out for me but I know what and how to do it! I would like to say that I hope everyone is healthy and happy and if I can help you in anyway I will. I don't pretend to know all, I always try and learn something new everyday about working out, cycling or dieting, despite over 20 years of knowledge, this game is about constant trial and error, cheers and stay strong !

Thanks Rustyhooker, I read the forum rules first and now just cruising around to get the "feel", love the site, like I said I been creepin here awhile before I introduced myself, use this site extensively for info on gear and stuff, everything I have read has been accurate and informative, a rarity for sites like this, Refreshing!
