It says resolved in bright green, but you can email the dude who posted that complaint and he says it was definitely not resolved, and someone on that site marked it as resolved.

Hold on a second. There are to many people band or blocked from posting here. There is no way we all broke the rules and got band the same day we posted here. I myself know I did nothing wrong. There where reviews posted on this source from high ranking members. They climbed the rankings and no one said anything about it or looked in to it. I know my post were removed way before the crash. My post simply stated that everything was going good with them until it said shipped then that's when it went south. They stopped replying to my emails and I did not receive anything and for a domestic source as they clan it was way to long. Then bam blocked account and post deleted. I have been in contact with you ever over this. This guy scammed us and some how blocked our accounts. The second you reactivated mine i posted say the same thing and bang blocked again. Something is up with this page and source. There are just to many people it happened too and I'm sure a few that just moved on and said oh well. Like i said i lost my hard earned money and i was a loyal member here for years and did not break any rules or even real post that much. My karma was only like 25. Someone need to look it to what happened

Please contact this guy and ask for a pic of his order or something showing. Look at all those review. I just figured out how to look at the steam thing from someone else to see that. i agree this source is a piece of shit but i think accounts that were made on the 6th were just deleted when the site crashed, they weren't banned. everything from the 6th was just deleted... i could be wrong but im pretty sure they were just deleted just like new forum topics etc.
