+ 10 Progress back

Alright guys ya'll asked for it and here it is. Don't have anyone to take a picture of me so this is the best i could do. Noticed I've kept my back decent while off cycle and maintained a good bit. Also threw in a current ab shot. Never been big on them so I'm content with them as of now. Current goal is to bring in my waist and tighten it up.

Huge shoulders and upper back, if your looking for symmetry bring out lower lats and lower back with some bend over rows and deadlifts. Looking real good bro keep up the good work. +1
