Alina popa Armbrust Pro Gym in Arvada Colorado Phil Heath also trains here along with about 50 other IFBB pro's Phil even gives me advice and pointers.. Alex Carneiro is another one of my trainers as well...So ....is that really so unbelievable... Alina trains many people... its what she does,,, she is not Ms Olympia yet! So she has to make money like the rest of us,,, Its the best Gym in the world in my opinion .. My dear friend Dylan Armbrust owns it and he is a trainer as well!!!
