Well 2014 has definitely not been my year to compete I've faced a lot of loose ends that needed my attention however 2015 looks promising and on the brighter side of things I've packed on some nice size throughout the year just thought I'd share it to my iron brothers it's been some time since i've been active on here. I'm not incorporating any cardio as of now and not being very strict with my diet I have at least 3-4 cheats a weeks which explains my soft puffy look just enjoying food while I can
