And that's before the feds may or may not bring up more charges...especially for tax free cash income. They damn well know that there's a lot more then 200k just lying around. In all honesty there is way more to the whole story and trial that any of us here will ever know.

Muta was really something else ... The kid never slept... He was always online answering questions and helping people on here. This sort of work ethic is crazy at his age considering the fact that he was in school full time. His level of intelligence ... His maturity in the way he handled business and the posts he made blew away some of the vets in the business. it's too bad our nations laws is making a felon out of this guy but it's good he only got a year. he'll have a long road ahead of him trying to get a job with this on his record. But any employer would be lucky to have this guy on their payroll. I wish him the best.

Or the fact that he had a crystal clear record and has been an otherwise good student combined with a damn good defense attorney. Good for him is all I can say. He always treated me well and I wish him well in return.

After reading this article I am even more convinced he didn't snitch. If he is going to prison instead of Jail he will be out in six months.

I won't get into any personal details beyond this: I have been party to federal judicial system and there are certain aspects that, unless you've been subject to, you don't fully understand. Reduced and/or vacated sentences, even possibility of making bail, comes with a price brother. Without paying the cost, there is zero possibility of reaching either of those outcomes.
Regardless, it's old news, so who really cares? Right?

Nope. Regardless of what has or hasn't taken place, it's of no interest to me whatsoever. Never met the guy. Ran his gear; loved it. Seen a lot of folks come and go. How or why they do is something very few will ever truly know the details. I simply brought up my points bc of the amount of assumptions people seem to make on a topic or set of topics they may not truly understand or be privy to.
The "rumor mill" or "gossip corner" is not much of an interest to me nor one of the reasons I remain a member (not implying anything towards you or anyone else, of course). One thing is for certain: the more wrapped up you become with the behind-the-scenes politics, the more Eroids loses what you're actually here to gain from it.

I was very surprised that the gmail thing was allowed to take place.After that some other rumors broke out and they ended up being true as well. I listen to the damn things now. Yea, you know he probably did throw a few people under the bus, I don't doubt that. But he was the kingpin, that usually doesn't leave you with as many options. The drug unit , prosecutors office and local PD also just cleared a big pay day, they are as happy as pigs in slop. And it also mentions that the feds are still looking at him. If they nail him it will not matter at all that this is his first offense. I have a feeling they won't tho.
