Ur right.i should not assume..but i.have lived in the same town for 27 years and have.been thru the exact same system with the.exact same prosecutor and he isnt going to be nice to stiver, its election time and would make an example out of him if he wasnt cooperating..i know snitch is a harsh word.but i wouldnt be surprised if his name showed up in a few discovery packets over the next few years.

C'mon guys before we start calling out snitches. How many of u actually have been through the system? Consider the facts, 23 yo, and most likely a first time offender. a year really is about accurate for an offense like this. Not saying he didn't snitch, or, that he did. But a first time offender with a decent lawyer could pull this off 4 out of 5 days a week and never open his mouth. So let's not bash him with out a lil more evidence
