sust, eq and npp cycle
ad
Looking to start this cycle very soon,
all are CENSORED brands.
i have been told to run 1cc of each M,W,F each week
stats are 5'8" 181-184lbs bf around 8% or so, very offseason not as shredded as competition time.
I was told from competing last year that i looked great just needed to add a little size overall.
Would you guys think this is too much, not enough, or just about right for an offseason cycle
oh and diet wise i am eating around 4000 cals a day 400 protein 450 carbs and about 100g of fat.

What is your lifting regimen frequency and how do you lift? Cardio? Nice macros. Can you decrease carbs by 200g and increase fats by 20g? The reason i ask is because it sounds like you are wanting to keep that 8% body fat. An inverse ratio of protein to carbs will increase BF%, unless you are ectomorph and doing cardio three to four times per week.
What are the mg/cc of the compounds?
Not really in regards to the carbs. If he's not doing heavy/hypertrophic workouts then yes carbs are not needed but if he's doing anywhere between 1-12 rep ranges, he needs carbs to workout.
Gotcha. So, heavier weight is gonna require that fuel. I can see that. Thanks.
I usually lift 5-6 days a week, I usually work with tons of volume no cardio yet. And I am def a textbook ecto
The mf/cc ratios are
Sust 270mg/ml
Eq 200mg/ml
Npp 100mg/ml
Sounds good. I would keep the npp around 200.
No source names in the forum take that out before a mod sees it. And what's you cycle history?
Ok ya sorry about that.
I ran sust and deca my last offseason, and ran 3/4c of test prop and tren ace eod during contest prep and throughout the season.
I have ran small test e and sust cycles but only 8-12 weeks
