I would pound the antibiotics. I got some test from a source on here back in June that was contaminated. I had a fever later that night but it went away the next day. No lumps or anything unusual. One month later I ended up admitted to the hospital with the worst pain ever. Infected abcess is no joke. Of course, I never did admit to aas use... so it took them 4 days to get the right antibiotics. They drained 400ml of infected pus out of my quad. I spent a month total in the hospital, 3 weeks with a picc line of 24-7 antibiotics, and a related surgery due to the abcess. No amount of pain meds helped with the pain either. So be safe and I would take what u got on hand just in case.
