+ 19 10 week Recomp results

I got the summer physique started a little late, so I decided to try my first recomposition after putting on a few more unwanted pounds than I had anticipated last spring. My starting weight was 214 lbs. and I ended at 213 lbs as of yesterday, 10/05/14. The last photo shown was taken 11 weeks ago, just prior to starting my recomp cycle. Thanks to the eRoids community and forums for giving me a lot of guidance and knowledge throughout this cycle.
