Hitman187this is my first running gh, im about 5 weeks in running 2.5iu/ed. no numbness or anything only thing i've noticed so far is extreme lethargy. i had to drop my dose from 3iu to 2iu because i was sleeping all day. even at 2.5iu/ed im still tired alot. i plan on slowly working my way up to 4iu. i haven't notice any fatloss yet, its still probably a lil too early. i may pull bloods within the week, however i never did a baseline ( rookie mistake) because i was too excited too start

StevebI started doing HGH in my late 20s and I sleep a lot better when I pin it at late. I either use it post workout or anytime after I get off of work. Don't eat anything 30 minutes before or after injection.
AnonYeah pinning in late afternoon will help and with talking to a lot of people and doing some research pinning at about 7/730 should be fine. I received this feedback from a pro.
Also in regards to eating. Exogenous gh can be taken anytime regardless of food. Eating around dose won't impact it. It's. Not like ghrh peptides like GHRP-2 or CJC. The peptides you have to time around food because the food you eat can impact gh release from the pituitary and the peptides are taken to encourage your natural release. So this is correct for peptides you should not eat around your dose. However, when taking exogenous gh no need to worry about food timing. You can just pin that shit :-)
StevebI have always heard that you should not eat 30 minutes before or after. And that carbs should especially be avoided in that time period.
