+ 2 Testosterone Cycle Duration

ad

I'm reading that test should be run for 3 months. I'm concerned about heart stress/high blood pressure for that period of time. Is this an issue for any of you?

I'm 38 years old. 6'1"/200 lbs/20%BF. My heart is good and my BP off-cycle is normal. I've been working out for about 10 years now. I started cycling 3 years ago. I've cycled mostly oral only, in this order: EPI, SD, MSTEN, M1T. The closet thing I've done to a proper cycle, which I'd like to repeat soon, was a two month 500mg/wk test enath run with a 20mg/ED SD kick, and a test prop 100mg/EOD kick and taper. I did that once, but didn't have my diet in check.

Is 3 months indeed what is recommended? Or can I get away with 2 months and save myself the heart stress? I plan on doing the same, yet kicking with M1T and increasing test to 750mg/wk.

Thank you for any input you can give me.

So, what has changed with your diet to make you think this cycle will be successful? Your bf% is awful high for your stats. I would recommend lots of cardio and discipline, until you have the diet routine down. Then maybe try another 500 mg test e cycle for 12-15 weeks.

Okay, thank you.

I'm not okay with my current BF% in the least. I dropped from 30+% down to 20%, which I'm proud of, but I've still got a ways to go. I'm doing keto right now religiously. I'm just planning my next future cycle, not doing it anytime too soon. I should have mentioned that I was not going to start until I dropped to min 15%.

If you have legit gear you should be fine with 500mg a week.
Most people find that it takes almost two months for shit to really get started with a long ester, so an 8 week cycle better include a prop start and taper. The gradual increase of test levels with a long ester may be easier on your health than short esters. I can't comment on the orals, but I do know they are hard on an old guys liver.

Goals and cycle history? You need diet modification and cardio. And you need to use one compound. Make sure you get pre, mid, and post cycle blood work, too.

I've cycled 5 times. 4 oral only cycles in this order - epistane, superdrol, methylstenbolone, methyl-1-testostrone. The 5th cycle was the test/SD cycle I mentioned in my original post.

My goal, after I lose the fat is to bulk. I don't know how to quantify this goal in terms of how much muscle I'm after, so I will just share my goal pic with you. I want to look like this:

This is how I look now on the right:

Can you or someone else explain why I should only use one compound? I really like the stats on SD and especially M1T, I like the idea of kicking with these and am looking forward to using them on a proper cycle with proper diet.

Thanks. Smile

I did research, but different site communities say completely different things. There are a ton of guys at other sites doing oral only cycles. I understand that is not the proper way to do this and I already alluded to that. I assumed it was common for newcomers to do orals only before they learn to pin. I found Eroids late in the game and am trying to make the proper adjustments to my knowledge base based on what I'm hearing here.

I got my blood work done. All panels except hormone. Looking at the results, my doc says I'm in insanely good health. He know's I cycle. I would be glad to post my results if necessary, it's just going to take a long time to transcribe them all. There's a ton of data. All lipid values, all liver values and organ functions and everything else are perfect.

Also, you emphasized superdrol, which is not nearly as harsh as M1T - and I tolerate M1T rather well. The only issue my doc pointed out while I was on-cycle with M1T was the elevated blood pressure at 105/157 mmHg. He was not at all concerned about lipids or liver function as my oral cycles were short - 30 days.

I did not post my cycle history to promote it or condone it, rather it was requested. I've already gotten a shit load of trash thrown at me here for doing oral only cycles. I get it. I'm not planning on continuing this, rather I'm trying to do it the right way now.

Thanks.
