Should I use GnRH or HCG or Both
Ok guys I need all the advice I can get ASAP. I made a big mistake running 2 straight cycles consecutively without doing PCT due to my mistakes of not doing my research. now after I just finished the 2nd cycle I was informed I was hurting myself so im going to do some blood work and start PCT ASAP. im going to list the 2 cycles in which I ran Tren for both (I know now that was stupid), ran Test E after I finished the first cycle until I started the second, and ran 2 19's Tren and Deca (which I also know now was stupid).
1st cycle:
-Anadrol
-Tren E
-Sust 250
Took Test E after 1st cycle then when finished started 2nd cycle
2nd cycle:
-Winstrol Caps
-Tren Ace
-Test P
-Deca
now I never took HCG while on a cycle or any other ancillaries. My Question is after I do my blood work and get the results should I take a one time shot of GnRH, no HCG, and clomid and nolva for PCT? Both GnRH and HCG and nolva and clomid for PCT? or just do HCG with nolva and clomid for PCT?
Now I've heard it all already I didn't do my research im learning the hard way now I just want to normalize my body I've heard everything I don't need to be bashed if you cant offer any positive advice or positive motivation PLEASE don't comment at all, Thank You.

wow 20yrs old sorry brotha you may never "normalize" there's a few guys in here good at pct for this kind of messup...they should help...but also blood work and see ur doc
not normalize but my goal is to be able to make testosterone naturally again and hopefully keep some of my gains, already heard a lot of opinions most of them positive saying as long as I do PCT ill bounce back just needed to know if I should take that one time GnRH shot...
Alright you know what, your getting some good advice up top from one of our PCT big brains. I am not a pct bigbrain I have a kick ass endo who handles that for me. Now that being said WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU? Your worried about gains? After you run a proper pct stay away from anything that you can't but at GNC. Your maturity needs alot of work, NO you don't need the GnRH shot. If your PCT doesn't work-verify it with bloods, then see a DR and admit your wrongs and they will help you!
