It is with great pleasure that Power-Pharma aka "Powertrip" is announcing our return from the extended hiatus. A "Soft-Open" of March 15th will kick off our return to operations, and just in time for Spring and Summer rush. After 4 YEARS we are ecstatic to be able to once again approach the opportunity to bring closure to new and prior orders from our very understanding and loyal customers. You can expect our best services yet, meaning high quality pharmacy grade product and the consistent human interaction to keep you connected with our progress leading up to the "Grand Re-Opening" on April 20th. To all those who have past due orders, it is imperative to contact us via email immediately. As a small token of reconcilliation, a $100 voucher to those who have long waited our return will be granted. It goes with saying that we are always dissappointed yet optimistic when forced into an extended hiatus, and for this we can only offer our sincerest apologies for the wait, and our word that we will never quit or attempt to escape the unresolved orders despite how difficult it may be for us to remedy the situation. We hope that you all understand it is very costly and time consuming to come back in this manner with intentions of addressing all outstanding matters, and we know that this displays our committment to the integrity of what we do here.
Once again the projected official re-opening will be on 4/20, and the time leading up to this date will be used to sort out all past, present, and future orders. It is understood that products ordered in the past may not be what some of you will be looking for now, especially with the summer months rapidly approaching us, so we plan to be as flexible in that regard as possible.
Lastly, with the new products available will be produced with GSO in an effort to distinguish the new and improved product line. All oils in the last year were manufactured with Safflowerseed, so not only will there be a new product appearance, the products of the recent past are being removed from inventory, to further insure product quality and consistency. The same people/customers over and over will just get confusing and delay shipments. bUT I've read a few guys who need to update shipping and the def should send messages to make sure packs don't arrive on the wrong doorstep!
Today is my last dose of var and I wanted to run it a few weeks longer which is why I ordered during the promo but I'm out now!
For that reason, Power should be on here and paying attention to his customers before sending packs out. That's one way to get things fucked up again and start attracting too much unwanted attention.
Communication was the biggest issue here with all of this to begin with. People not getting packs was a unfortunate circumstance of whatever unknown factors to us caused Power to go MIA. But all of this would have been so much easier on everyone had communication still been taking place.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I've always been a loyal customer and a big supporter of Power. However, I've watched communication go steadily downhill over the years. It needs to improve and get back to what it used to be. Otherwise he is just too much of a high risk gamble.
There's no reason he couldnt get on here and answer PMs or say whats goin on. Pretty sure he has a cell phone. That's enough. Even if he had to relocate, that has nothing to do with answering stuff. Nothin but a piece of shit scammer. And to think some ppl are still sayin hes gonna come through. SMH.

Exactly! Well said! I couldn't believe it when I saw people saying this stuff. I've been a long time customer and supporter of Power, but after this he's not getting any more of my money until things get set straight. If this post he put up the other day would have been out up over a month ago, maybe things would be different. But everyone that paid needs to be taken care of before trust is given back. Be smart people.
Most of the top sources on here send a few extra goodies in your pack when circumstances arrive which causes packs to be delayed for one reason or another. A top source on here even doubled up my order once because it was delayed a few weeks, that is good customer service. Maybe Power will do the same?
If people got their packs which were paid for and got a few bonus items on top of that, I am sure most would forgive the situation and remain customers.
Yeah you're right, nice gesture and a sign of great customer service. I've had sources offer that to me before for one reason or another. Power was actually one of them. For the most part I always turn it down though. If it's some basic shit happens type thing, I'll usually just look the other way. I've only accepted when I feel I really got screwed. I'm not really expecting him to hand out anything for free. I just want to get what I paid for, and for everyone else to get what they paid for. Assuming this happens, and assuming his communication improves once he's back up and running, I would order with him again. Taking off the way he did, offering no explanation whatsoever, all the way to the point to getting tagged a scam on here is pretty fucked up.
I was in the process of placing about $3,000 order with him. Had a total from him and everything. I was literally out the door to make payment and stopped myself because I realized how stupid it was since I didn't even get the most recent order I paid for.
Had he skated off with that money I'd be a lot more pissed off than I was. He just needs to deliver what's been paid for, improve communication, and I'm sure he will come back just fine.

Incoming paid packs. Series of unfortunate events forced us to completely relocate. We do still have all of our information that was backed up so that we know who has paid and received/not received. Currently getting back up to operational status at new location so we will not be online as often as we'd like but this will only be for a week at most. During this time we will be sending out as many packs as possible. Sorry for the wait, and glad to be back, it's been a hell of a past few months.

Agreed! Like I said in a previous post, it took a lot of balls to come back after disappearing like that with no explanation. Hoping to see him stay true to his word and get everyone's pack out. That would mean a lot. And I'm sure he would regain people's trust by doing so. Everyone that paid needs to be taken care of though before we can say that the situation was made right, and before people start putting money back out there.
