So here are the pics from the surgery I had.

A bicep tendonesis is where the bicep tendon is torn at the shoulder joint and they reattach it to the front side of the joint.

Very painful and going to be out of commission for possibly six months. Absolutely no range of motion at this moment.

That's a picture of the staples that were in my shoulder and there were 63 staples all together. There was some in the back side too for the scope.
