Portable protien

ad

I need ideas on protien foods that I can take to work? Here's my problem. I take people spearfishing/freediving. And I also do private boat trips for families. Charter captain. Sometimes im on the water all day. I'm having a hard time getting enough protien. I try to load up at breakfast and bring a sandwich with me with quality meats but it gets old. I can't cook on the boat. So what's good high quality high protien that's portable?

I kinda have the same problem, being out all day. Here is my suggestion. Cook 1 cup of brown rice throw it in a blender with a can or 2 of chicken and black beans and salsa. Boom it stays good all day! I've never have got sick from it.

Lunch meat wraps with cheese and avocado
Cook up steak and cut it into bite size pieces
Protein bars and shakes
Can of tuna with oil
Try grinding up almonds and dip your chicken or fish in that then sear it and bake. Slice it up.

Bro hate to say it but,8 oz chicken, throw a couple in some tupper ware thats 100g protein and a bag of peanuts, add that with you 1 meal and sandwich and boom! there you go.Yea its gonna get old but you gotta do what you gotta do.But what number are you trying 2 hit a day for protein?

Well everyone has an opinion on requirements. I found for me about 1.5 grams of protein per lb of weight works for me. I weigh 193 right now. 289 is where I should be. But I'm happy if I get 200.

Get yourself a dehydrator and make some jerky all day snack.
