PS: the kapla winny is good. at 225 lbs I ran a short 5 week cycle at 70 mg ED. started at 40, bumped every few days till i got to 70 and rode that out.
Def I could and should have been leaner. With that being said 12% and under is a good #
Anyone use Winny tabs by Kalpa and what dosage.. I used before few years back but different brand @ 50mg/day and it did nothing @ all... I have Kalpa Winny tabs and I am looking for some feedback in regards to sweet spot, thought mine would be the 50mg/per day but I guess not..........
