I split a pill in half. Some times I forget to redose later in the day. I don't fuck with alot of orals because of ulcers. I have to mix my own brews mostly because my stomach gets that rot taste in it from the dilutants. Pip has never bothered me much so I use as little as bb and BA as possible. I take the abombs I got from him about 20mins pre work out with about 10mg of var and my pumps and blood pressure are through the fucking roof. There's an out door section to my gym and it stays hot out side so that mixed with the abombs really gets some work done.
